Testimonials

“For anyone wishing to live a healthier lifestyle, Diabetes Prevention Program is for you. If you are concerned about diabetes, Diabetes Prevention Program is definitely for you. Diabetes Prevention Program is not a diet or exercise routine, instead it teaches you about lifestyle changes that help you make smarter choices that can have a positive impact on your health for a lifetime. It is not a crash diet that is hard to stick with, but instead easy to follow changes you can live with for years to come. I personally dropped my A1-c from a pre-diabetes level to below the pre-diabetes range and took off a few pounds I didn’t need as well. Try Diabetes Prevention Program for yourself, and for those who depend on you. Teaching your family how to eat healthy is one of the best things you can pass along for their wellbeing.”

“I recommend this program to others without reservation.  The close coaching relationship and genuine concern for each participant is admirable.  I have learned a lot and have gained the necessary knowledge through the short videos, community board, suggested recipes, and strategies necessary to be an overcomer with regard to my eating habits and overall well-being. I had a number of life-changing experiences throughout the program year and sometimes felt like giving up on my health focus.  My coach consistently made me feel valued and respected.  It is because of my coach’s excellent coaching skills and encouragement that I feel the level of comfort and determination to keep pushing to become all that I want to be.”

“I started this program because I reached a weight that I was unhappy with and as with lot of us, losing weight is a struggle and getting enough exercise. Over the course of the year, I lost 11 pounds. My lifestyle coach provided the team with helpful aids on portion control by using the My Plate method which is similar to the Food Pyramid. She also provided links to healthier recipes to cook at home, and choosing healthier options while on vacation, dining out with friends, or at a restaurant. My lifestyle coach also provided the team with encouraging videos to watch and Zoom meetings to help you stay on track. There is a lot of valuable information to help you reach whatever goal you are trying to reach. I would recommend this program if you are ready to commit to a lifestyle change.”

“You have been amazing. I am down 33 pounds and have learned so much. This program has changed my life. I hope I can send you pictures of me climbing my mountain if that’s ok. I plan on climbing it in October. Keep being great. Thank you for your help.”
